In 1967, Fred Hauschild built a Silo on his family farm outside of Hendricks Minnesota. Growing up on that farm with my dad the 2nd generation farmer and mom the nurse, every day I felt pride in seeing my family name on that silo. I built Silo '67 with the same spirit, work ethic, and pride of a farmer working the family land in rural Minnesota.
At Silo '67 we take pride in the quality of our food made from scratch with locally sourced products and superior handcrafted cocktails. We take pride in our level of service and care for the community. We put in the work to make every meal special and we will be proud to serve you too.
